True about housing. Not much supply in market. 

If interest rates go down, utility stocks which give good dividend will go up. Switching funds to some of these is a good way to offset HYSA going down in future.

interest rates taggithe gaani (substantially, which i doubt it) utilities ki life raadu.  Interest rates ilaaane unte... FASAK. Utilities generally carry loads of debt, they need lot of money for maintenance, on other hand governments do not let them to increase the service fees.. 

ALready stuck here big money... 45 days ago got chance to exit but i didnt... FASAK now..

fed will start easing interest rates soon. At least 2 rate decreases this year.
