Bathai gallu claim chesukunnatu they didnot construct new airports. They just converted IAF airports and some private heliports to civilan airports. Then provided viability gap funding to run few planes from those airports. Once funding is expired carriers are stopping services.

It's other way. Despite having lower crude oil price per barrel during current  ruling government , money per liter of petrol  is high

Go and check aai website... how many IAF airports are converted to civilian and how many are just heliports... 

Converting IAF to civilian airports and providing viability gap funding to run plane is BJ govt policy. That doesnt mean they built new airports.

It is not a secret that the retail price of petrol is higher in India than elsewhere. The price is raised by the taxes that are imposed on it by the government to fund its expenses in other sectors.

that didnt answer my question, why congress could not do that, they could have had a white paper instead of black paper today
