Arizona housing crash

800k home in AZ (phx) area will be equivalent to 500/600k home in TX with Escrow (due to high property taxes).

AZ property taxes and state taxes are relatively low when compared to lots of states.

Job market is good (of course cannot be compared with TX).

July and Aug will be extreme hot, June and Sep are like 105’s (dry heat), equivalent to high 90’s in TX. No humidity. Traffic is not crazy..

Mesa is a suburb like chandler and Gilbert. But the house listed is in Eastmark which is part of Mesa. Adi oka mini suburb type.. Major parts of Mesa are shady, but Eastmark is good area.

Desi crowd bane untadi.. Chandler and Gilbert are top choices for desi crowd because of schooling

May be started in Arizona. I have no idea about Arizona market but all i care is about median income and median sales price. No everyone can afford such hefty payments IMO.

House prices was inflated with lower interest rates but I don't think it will sustain any longer. It will taka a due course of time to get things normalized.
