Uncle .. online lo aina attend Avvu trainer based sessions initial ga .. posture is important in yoga

@Sucker maatalu vinaku .. gurraalu kukkalu minginchukune videos pampi vaatiki minchina yoga poses evvaru cheppaleru ani statement pass chestadu ani cheppamannaru @csrcsr @r2d2 uncles

Emo uncle I felt initial ga trainer based sessions best anipinchindi .. they will correct ur posture while doing it ..

Anna youtube la many vunnai. Just put some nature music and follow some basics. Slow ga alavatu aithadhi. You don't need any trainer. 1st oka 2 weeks try chey simple stretching enough anna. Nee mood changes observe chesthav chudu but do it 2 weeks proper ga. 1st calm ga kurchotam oka 15 min practice chey with some calm music. Kids vunte keep ear phones don't distract anna.

if you want real motivation join HSS near you  weekly once shaka untadi they will teach suryanamaskars and other activities for free.

problem with them is they just dont stop at yoga…
