So I started yoga like a month ago, and it's honestly been awesome. I’m feeling way more flexible and less stressed out. It just kinda balances everything out, so I’d say stick with it, even if it’s tough at first.

Oh, and since you’re into yoga, you might wanna check out energy healing too. I found this article about these things called Qi Coils that are supposed to boost your energy. It’s pretty interesting if you’re into alternative health stuff, you can find some Qi Coil reviews here.

how did you start learning any youtube channel to follow. 
I want to learn too but with actual names not updog, downward dog types.

Unless you have extreme self discipline try attending daily classes. I have been doing yoga for 2 years with trainer from India(group classes), one week a trainer selvavu pedithe I am not doing even 5 mins of Yoga in those days. Then itself I decided to attend classes even though I know majority of asanas.

Baddakam valla, not motivated enough to wake up early when trainer is not there.

ante if you had done that so long; don't you feel agitated like you missed on something. It happens to me all the time I feel I lost something and it ruins my day if I skip any workouts that I have been doing.
