Non sugar people can eat, but in moderation.. for people with pre diabetes and diabetes, starting with one spoon of soaked methi seeds in the morning is very good..

Abbo, sucker baa, idhi oka pedda estory... as a rule of thumb, mother ki vunte male child ki raavataaniki 90% chances ani oka research confirm cheesindhi. Konni researches adhi wrong ani cheppinaayi.

But overall gaa, parents ki vunte, children ki raavataaniki chances baagaa vunnaayi - around 50-60%

Now coming to the other angle: In todays world we eat so much corn syrup unknowingly, will surely accelerate your chances of diabetes. Plus generally in USA, the sugar and carbs intake is so high that an average Americans daily intake is nearly double the rest of the world's average.

Plus adulterated oil, late night biryanis, alcohol --> everything is responsible for diabetes.

Thanks for the confirmation baa... but did you see clear decline in the sugar levels by 'reading' at all?
