Recently my friend who used to live in CA came here for a visit. He bought 10lb idly rava from a local store Vijetha in San Ramon and looks the store import it from some vendor in chennai and exclusive. Based on his suggestion, we tried and there is big difference in quality of Idly's. More soft and tender. Never knew the idly rava made that much difference.
