"Idi mallela velayanee, idi vennla maasamanee, thondara padi voka koyilaa mundekoosindee" What a melodious song it is! This song was sung by the all time great singer P. Suseela. She sang this song really like Koyila. However, the reason for the popularity attained by this song is not only for its composition, but for its wonderful lyrics written by Sri Sri. Interestingly, it was learnt that the lyrics of first two sentences were swapped in this song due to manual mistake somewhere between exchanging the song papers from the hands of the poet and the music director composed the song with that mistake in lyrics. Actual lyrics of the first two lines are like this....

Idi vennela velayanee..Idi mallela maasamanee..(Vennela Vela means full moon day and mallela maasam means spring season). Surprisingly, even though the mistake was being done, no one could point it out and the song became one of the all time hits.
