Last India trip , I was looking for a lung specialist for my parents. I found one and all reviews looked similar with same pattern. I thought same as you. But when I visited, doctor was good and the pattern in reviews is true.

You could be right. But I found reviews were genuine

One thing i can say - You get what you pay for. A few years back I bought a fridge for home in hyd in Bajaj Electronics or appliances. Its very near to home and price was rs.2000 less than others. They sent a dented fridge. We did not take delivery. They tried this another 2 times. Finally we had to go there and they say almost all fridge's will have dents. We had to pick the best from the lot. 

I am sure all places are like this.
