I think the control on freebies has started. Election year budget is very crucial for any ruling party and if you look at last year and this year’s interim, there aren’t really any voter appeasing schemes. 

The least I was expecting was cut down on tax on fuel, raising kisan sanman nidhi by 2k, these were widely expected to happen but did not happen, was surprised by this move.

Ninna Samajwadi party mida focus pedithe andaru atu vaipu chusinaru, itu vaipu himachal lagesinaru. small state ae but very important for constitutional amendment.
