I’m planning for a jersey mikes style place with mild Indian flavored meat and a fresh(not frozen fruit) juice bar

creativity endi bro... manchi  college fafal ni hire chesukunte...  oka nalla fafa

oka tella fafa plus oka fillipino or makku papa with good skills

oka manchi handsome hunk ni hire chesukunte chalu this attracts young crowd in the area, plus older white males are an extra addition

inka mana desi santa sollu karchu kuntu vastaru,

Artistic-minded young, educated white women tend to gravitate toward places that allow them to express their creative passions

morning coffee with juice bar evening pizza with chicken  free high speed wifi unte super....

most Black people like to go to a place where its lot  music, plus artifical light.

White families/ folks born after 1960 and so on like to have little bit classy place. low lighting, slight music with piano or Saxophone.

young crowd after 1990 like to have some cool music with artistic thing.. add something like Scottish bagpiper thing or let  young or upcoming musicians play music

it's much more than that buuusssss... you dont jump in when things go bad. You have to be involved before things go bad.

basically leadership skills to manage staff ( at least 20 people), motivate team, talk to them at personal level , fire people, hire people, handle , protect servers from angry customers

organization effective skills: optimize the supply chain process, procuring raw materials, negotiating skills

people skills: Customer care, handle disputes , handle angry customer

quality control

take care food inspections

handle Finance, run payrolls, handle cash transactions

its much more than this list.
