bawarchi - lease terminated and property dismantled by the landlord 

inchins - if you are talking about (Suwanee) Patel complex, then he could not handle after Honest started and Hyderabad house (coming soon) and Rajani restaurant and few other Indian restaurants operating there. 

godavari - it was a surprise not sure what went wrong. It’s a franchise wide impact because it is closed in many other locations as well. 
 

chennai express - i don’t even call it as a restaurant it’s so cheap like a Chinese takeaway place.

Budget around 200-250k. Not franchise. Place not decided yet but actively looking for space. It’s tough to find one with built out kitchen.
