Can any1 pls explain me in simple english what's the issue? TIA

only SBI/Govt knows who donated to a party, and judiciary team is asking to submit those details. SBI is trying to delay to submit those details, and now it seems they submitted.

Opposition ki pedda bokka, cause govt or ruling party knows how much opposition got and who donated which leads to putting pressure on companies who donated to oppostion party.

I think previous process was even more anonymous ( just literal cash) , this is a better process but favors ruling party heavliy .

Electoral Bonds are one way to donate to a Political Party

You can buy these electoral bonds from SBI

The purchaser can give these bonds as fund to political party

Then these electoral bonds are cashed out by the political party..

The Purchaser and the Political party details are kept secret as per the Financial Bill of 2017/2018

Some Commodore has filed a case regarding this in Supreme Court, on the Secrecy part

Now, Supreme Court is asking why should it be kept secret, it is unlawful and asked SBI to provide data

SBI said it will need time till June 30th (3 months time)

Supreme Court rejected the request of time and asked SBI to publish the data to Election Commission of India within 24 hours.

EC will then put these details on their website by March 15th

The loop hole is...

They will put out 2 lists   -

1st list - Names of people who purchases the electoral bonds and the denominations

2nd list - The political party names who received the electoral bonds and their denominations

But the most important thing that will be missing is the LINK ...

They are not going to publish who gave it to whom...

Adi inka public can interpret how ever they like...torch.gif

Are you sure ? I was thinking even the details like who bought these bonds and who contributed will also be published.

I came to know from a source that in CBN’s skill scam, there was 27 crs donation to TDP via electoral bonds and COD couldn’t trace the details because of the secrecy of these bonds. Once the data is published, CID May plan additional arrests or even move for bail cancellation ani talk vundi…

100% sure ...Ya.. They will publish who bought it as one list and the second list will be who received it... but the link is not being published ... aa link publishing ke SBI asked for 3 months...so supreme said you have the 2 lists give it to EC and they will publish those 2 lists on their website...

Yes CBN dantlo they said 27 Cr right.... The list will say 27 Cr received by TDP but 27 Cr evari daggara nunchi vachindo link not being published...

Example --

1. Nenu 50 Cr bonds purchase chesanu anuko and donated some to You.... (1st list with my name)

2. Nuvvu 27Cr teesunattu untundi in the list from anonymous (2nd list with your name)
