Maybe many of these parties still rely on illegal black money funds.

Oh my Balio….That data is between 2019-2024 till date. Ie period la BRS and YCP are in power and can expect that they have received such donations.

Look at TDP, they are not even in power in this time frame yet they have received 218 crs.
