if kejri is really involved he should be punished.  anna hazare tho hadavidi chesinapdu...he portrayed himself as a people's warrior trying to clean up politics. of all the politicians.....he must be treated with higher standard.

మద్యం పాలసీకి సంబంధించిన మనీలాండరింగ్‌ కేసులో విచారణకు రావాలని ఇప్పటికే తొమ్మిది సార్లు సమన్లు ఇచ్చినా కేజ్రీవాల్‌ హాజరయ్యేందుకు నిరాకరించిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. మరోవైపు, ఈ కేసులో కేజ్రీవాల్‌కు దిల్లీ హైకోర్టులో ఈరోజు ఊరట లభించలేదు. అరెస్టు నుంచి మినహాయింపు కల్పించేందుకు ఇప్పటికిప్పుడు ఆదేశాలిచ్చేందుకు ఉన్నత న్యాయస్థానం నిరాకరించింది. ప్రస్తుతం ఈ కేసు పురోగతి దృష్ట్యా ఇందులో తాము జోక్యం చేసుకోలేమని హైకోర్టు తేల్చి చెప్పిన గంటల వ్యవధిలోనే ఈడీ అధికారులు ఆయన ఇంటికి చేరుకోవడం వంటి పరిణామాలు ఉత్కంఠ రేపుతున్నాయి.

ఇదిలా ఉండగా.. ఈ అంశంపై కేజ్రీవాల్‌ సుప్రీంకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించారు. మద్యం విధానం కేసులో మధ్యంతర ఉపశమనం కల్పిస్తూ ఆదేశాలిచ్చేందుకు దిల్లీ హైకోర్టు నిరాకరించడాన్ని ఆయన లాయర్లు సర్వోన్నత న్యాయస్థానంలో సవాల్‌ చేశారు. ఈ అంశాన్ని అత్యవసర జాబితాలో చేర్చి విచారణ జరిపించేందుకు లీగల్‌ టీమ్‌ ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నట్లు సమాచారం.
