Canadian passport can help you with opportunities in US, if you plan carefully.  A naturalized Canadian now working in US. I didn't study in US but I'm able to work here because of my Canadian passport on a TN. HASSLE FREE renewal. If I maintain ties with Canada, I can renew it infinitely. I can start my own business here on a E2 visa. I'm not in need of green card just $$. 

Even if you are PR, try starting a Corp in Canada and do C2C across the border with the ones in US. You will be in a better position. Not all of Canada is cold. Toronto is warmer than Minnesota. Windsor and Niagara Falls are warmer as well. The weather is not very different in Buffalo or Detroit or say in North Eastern US.

Those that started Indian groceries or restaurant chains, Air BNB s, even immigration consultants  are making good money in Canada. Only those that are outside Software and IT and do jobs face struggles. I did face my struggles and I grew out of it. It's not easy but not impossible either.

That's a wrong argument. Supreme Court caps reservation at no more than 50%. Which means 50% of seats are open for everyone. That too it's only applicable in Government jobs. Most of the employment these days is in private sector, where no reservation exists. If you look at the employment statistics, no country in this world can provide jobs to more than 30% of it's population not even US. You need to buckle up and do your own thing, whatever it takes to survive.Close and Open Ani undadhu, depends on your skills and demand. Market economy is governed by Demand and Supply curve, nuvvu demand lo unte India or unna Chandramandalam meedha unna US employer ninnu teesukuni velthadhu. The so called problem is mass migration with little  to no skills and excessive reliance on fake experience and consultancies for survival.
