Which clue gave you away it's angina?

Be more specific it's not typical angina!

it started after I got Covid for the first time. Mild discomfort on the lower left side where the rib cage ends and the pain used to move through the left chest region. I got it checked, lungs scanned for clots and ecg is normal and no signs of attack. It used to come back every two months but no signs in the last four months

I used a zio monitor patch for 3 weeks and the data was normal

Im a very active person and eat good food!

first time pain ochinappudu got spooked and went to ER. They did all sorts of tests and said everything is normal. It happened a few times but would go away on its own without any medica help. Weird!

now coming back to the case

because of the possibility of atypical presentation ECG was done which showed ST elevation in the inferior leads. the patient was admitted to coronary intensive care unit and coronary angiogram showed 90% occlusion in right coronary and 80% in circumflex other and 40% occlusion in left coronary

So it's MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION[ HEART ATTACK ]

subsequently angioplasty and stent placement was done

and later got discharged

Let's discuss the classic presentation first then we will come back and discuss the atypical presentation of this case
