Given all scenario and weighing all possibilities: Its definitely YCPs money invested.

If at all CBN or Pulkas really involved in this drug cartel (that too being in Opposition for long), Yesu would have got arrested all these guys 4 years ago.

By this logic, its definitely Yesu Reddy's investment. 

Also: Yesu Reddy got Pattabhi & RRR arrested and have them beaten just because they foul mouthed YS Bharathi aunty, no one sitting in opposition would dare to do this.
