Is'nt it better? I have tiny gaps between my teeth. I don't do floss. Doctor never recommends deep cleaning for me.

However for people with no gaps between teeth, doctor recommends deep cleaning for every visit. Or to avoid it, they recommend flossing daily.

I feel you with regards to mutton . I have tiny gaps between teeth. Usually 2-3 hours after eating mutton, if I have something stuck, Mouth lo water poskoni, pukkilincheyadamee (BTW I am wondering what's the word for this? Its not gargling)

Daily floss is recommended for people with no gaps between teeth .. Or go for Deep cleaning at least once a year. Whatever works for them.

Man, I totally get that confusion between dentists. It happened to me when I moved to a new city a while back. First dentist I saw claimed I needed a ton of work—deep cleaning, fillings, you name it. My mouth felt fine, so I was skeptical. Went for a second opinion at this place, Westlake Village Dentist, and they took a look, did a few X-rays, and told me my teeth were in great shape. Turned out I just needed a standard cleaning and that was it. It’s wild how opinions can vary so much, right? Ever since then, I always suggest a second opinion when a treatment plan seems over the top.

They ripped me off , unfortunatly i got the wrong dentisit, insurance dabbulu dochukinte parledhu , lavadolodhi, manchi gunna teeth ni kooda dobettaru,

ippatiki edho repair vastune undhi , last yr chiraku vochhi dengai mani cheppa dentist ni, india poi check cheyinchunknna and fixed ,all gd so far
