good for you.. had it been a house at that time.. you could have seen even bigger profits.. just compare with house in the same region with same timelines

Condos can payoff mortgage.

Price increase in a house is dependent on market conditions...sometimes the house price can fall too. 2020 lo investments are very rare.

Also condo needs least maintenance 

I have a friend who bought a new construction Condo  (around $425K) with 20% down payment few years ago. Rent pays off the Mortgage, HOA, Taxes etc. Basically he has a property which is being paid by Rental Income and slowly building Equity in it.

Same with me almost paid off in last 6 years 2 condos hardly have 10K in one and 22K in another to pay off + bought new condo with profit down payment which will be hand over on Nov 2024 in Miami downtown new community

Condos la passive income kastame kaka, migilina margin antha HOA and maintenance ke egiri potadi. 

Las Vegas is really good at the moment, if not new but older home with pool vunte okasari susuko, below 400k ki vastadi and AirBNB lo homes with pool have huge demand. Newer homes aithe 450-500k and you can expect rent of upto $2300-$2500.
