Does anyone here have food truck business experience?

If yes, please throw some light on the cost breakdown and things to keep in mind.

Marketing and Menu is key.

 - Menu - Keep pre-made items and just heat and serve concept. Make high quality food.

 - Plan only certain qty of food. Like somthing that serves 100-200 people which you are confident to sell. Something that's done in 2-3 hrs. This way you create a demand for your food.

Later on depending on business you can add menu and scale up.

That's why I said pre-cooked food. Anyone getting into food business, all recipes should be theirs. If they rely on cooks, they are screwed.

If someone is a decent cook, master the menu (small), prepare food, and then go sell it. You just need 1 more person for help. Or hire a couple of young guys to sell it.
