What I don’t know is if (what level of) impact will be on Jagan due to the capital issue from Amaravathi area….

Same places lo grand welcome cheptunnaru harathulatho… this is visible and predicting a potential positive wave for Jagan.

If the situaiton is same by next weekend as well, it will be extremely tough for alliance to capture the lost ground.

It's the reverse. It's the impact of Babori misguided real estate venture. Siva ramakrishnan committee didn't recommend it. 1% majority tho gelichina Baboru took up venture after running away from HYD. People in Vijayawada that are not supporters of TDP directly say they took the land at dead cheap rates for benamis of Baboru. Andhra people need not carry the debt burden only because of capital. They were saved of $300 million (24,000 Crore INR) and it's interest from world bank just by ousting Baboru (giving him 23 seats).
