Recently - when and how? On 23rd someone from his party complained that fake videos of him are in circulation

On 25th women's commission wrote a letter to CM asking for enquiry

On 27th special task force formed

On 28th he left country. There is a 4 days delay 

Given that your active political exposure, I assume you already know CBI can not initiate probe until state government requested or court ordered. And NIA doesn't investigate law and order cases. How come you didn't mention RAW? 

are you implying that KA government is incapable of protecting law and order so Central should involve?

JD(S) suspends Prajwal Revanna over sexual harassment allegations

JD(S) leader HD Kumaraswamy added that the suspension will be in effect till the completion of the ongoing investigation.  The former CM’s statement came minutes after Union home minister Amit Shah said the BJP favours a probe in the case and pointed out that their alliance partner JD(S) is also set to take a step at a party meeting.
