This will go down as the most closely fought election. Jagan on one side while everyone else aligned on the other side. If he can pull off the win this time, there will be a political vacuum.

He's likely to pull it off. Alliance is Baboru's biggest blunder anyway. He thought just by implanting his candidates as alliance candidates, he can pull off a victory, but people are not stupid. Except few isolated incidents and few lagging areas, Jagan doesn't have many weaknesses. Baboru's age, him and his cotorie's greed for Bramaravathi real estate and lack of confidence him keeping his promises, will defeat him again. It's likely that Jagan may end up with at least 95-100, conservatively speaking. My strong intuition is that West and East Godavaris shall split rather than going to Alliance, making a way for Jagan to form the government.

CBN relies on allies to help him grab the power. He had never won an election by contesting alone. This election is about Jagan or No Jagan.

That's true. Also, Jagan is trying two things differently from previous regimes.

1. Welfare capitalism, His government investments in Public Education and Health are ripe and ready to pay dividends. 

2. Social engineering: This yielded successful results in past for Kanshiram, NTR and Mayawati, although to a varying degree. Jagan is taking it to a notch higher by pitching BC candidates against rich Kamma candidates in selective areas. This is likely to split the BC votes. What was successful in the case of Rajani, is now being implemented at a large scale. Babori over reliance on Kapus factor may cost him the BC vote, the vote that swings the election.
