Former Pakistan minister Fawad Chaudhry praised Rahul Gandhi’s recent speech attacking Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led BJP government before the polls

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday reacted to former Pakistan minister Fawad Chaudhry’s words of praise for Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said that this has exposed “partnership” between Pakistan and Congress.

Addressing a public rally in Gujarat’s Anand, Modi said Pakistani leaders are praying for Congress when the party is getting weak in India and they want to make Rahul Gandhi the prime minister.

“Look at the coincidence, today Congress is getting weak in India. The funny thing is that here Congress is dying and there Pakistan is crying. Now Pakistani leaders are praying for Congress. Pakistan is eager to make the prince the Prime Minister and we already know that Congress is a fan of Pakistan. This partnership between Pakistan and Congress has now been completely exposed,” PM Modi said while addressing a public rally in Gujarat’s Anand.

“The weak Congress government used to give dossiers to the masters of terror. But, Modi’s strong government kills terrorists on the ground,” the prime minister added.

Former Pakistan minister Fawad Chaudhry praised Rahul Gandhi’s recent speech attacking Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led BJP government before the polls.

Fawad Chaudhry lauded Rahul Gandhi for “presenting the current situation’ of India in his speech, TV9 reported on Thursday.

On being asked if he promoting Rahul Gandhi, the Pakistan politician said he would promote anyone and everyone who speaks about the “right issue”.

On Wednesday, BJP IT-Cell chief Amit Malviya shared the screengrab of the Pakistani leader’s post saying Congress’s “dalliance with Pakistan can’t get more obvious”.

“Ch Fawad Hussain, who served in the Imran Khan cabinet, as Minister for Information and Broadcasting, is promoting Rahul Gandhi. Is the Congress planning to contest the election in Pakistan? From a manifesto, that has imprints of the Muslim league to a ringing endorsement, from across the border, Congress’s dalliance with Pakistan can’t get more obvious,” Malviya wrote.
