Yes the bill is reviewed by central govt end to end and after making modifications and clarifications then president signed it. But these fake propaganda guys not making any statement on central govt.

This bill is reviewed by NDA govt and signed by president. Central govt asked to make some changes before recommending for president to sign.

President signed the bill on Sep 2023, this has nothing to do with CBN arrest.

1. మన వ్యవస్థ లో బర్త్ సర్టిఫికేట్ , డెత్ సర్టిఫికేట్, ఫ్యామిలీ మెంబర్ సర్టిఫికేట్, పాస్ పోర్ట్ వెరిఫికేషన్ లాంటి అతి చిన్న పనులకు కూడా ఎన్ని వేలు లంచాలు ఇవ్వాలో తెలుసు.. అలాంటిది లక్షలు విలువ చేసే భూమిని రీ -సర్టిఫై చెయ్యాలి అంటే రేపు మీ అందరూ ఎన్ని లక్షలు ఖర్చు చెయ్యాలో ఊహించుకోండి . అది కూడా వైసిపి ప్రభుత్వం అపాయింట్ చేస్తే ఆ TRO లు ఎంత అడుగుతారో ప్రజలకు బాగా తెలుసు 

2. TRO ల కి ఇచ్చేది కాకుండా ఇంకా మన భూమి సర్వే చేయడానికి వచ్చే వాళ్లు ఎంత అడుగుతారో ప్రజలకి తెలుసు 

3. అంటే ఇప్పుడు దాకా ఏ ఖర్చు లేకుండా మీ / మన అందరికీ... ఉన్న భూమికి మళ్లీ మనమే యజమాని అవ్వాలంటే ఎన్ని లక్షలు లంచాల రూపం లో వదులుతాయో అంచనాలకి అందదు 

4. ఇక స్థానికం గా ఆంధ్ర లో నివాసం ఉండే వారికి అయ్యే ఖర్చు కి రెట్టింపు లేదా మూడు రెట్లు లంచం బయట ఉండేవాళ్లు ఇవ్వాలి... హైదరాబాద్, బెంగళూరు, చెన్నై, అమెరికా , ఆస్ట్రేలియా , దుబాయ్ ల్లో ఉండే వారికి మీ వూరుకి వెళ్లి రిజిస్టర్ చేస్తే. ..మీకేంటి సార్ సాఫ్ట్ వేర్ , మీకేంటి సార్ NRI అని ఇంకా ఎక్కువ లంచం అడుగుతారు. .

5. ఇవి అన్ని కాకుండా మరణశాసనం లాంటిది DISPUTE REGISTER... దీని గురించి మరింత తెలుసుకోండి! మీ భూమి పైన ఎవరు లిటిగేషన్ వేసినా స్థానిక కోర్టు లకి వెళ్లడానికి లేదు. TRO చెప్పిందే శాసనం లేదా హైకోర్టు కి వెళ్లాలి. హైకోర్టు లో కేసు అంటే ఎంత ఖర్చు తో కూడుకున్న పనో తెలిసిందే ...

....ఇలా ఎన్నో లూప్ హోల్స్ ఉన్నాయి ఈ చట్టం లో! 

IPC చట్టం దేశం అంతా ఒక్కటే కానీ ఇంప్లిమెంట్ చేసే రాష్ట్రాన్ని బట్టి ఆయా రాష్ట్రాలు ప్రశాంతంగా కొన్ని, బేసిక్ హ్యూమన్ రైట్స్ లేకుండా కొన్ని రాష్ట్రాలు ఎలా అయ్యాయో.... ఈ ల్యాండ్ చట్టం కూడా అంతే..... కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రిపేర్ చేసిన ఒరిజినల్ చట్టం లో కొన్ని మంచి ఉద్దేశాలు ఉన్నా, ఆంధ్ర లాంటి రాష్ట్రాలు దానికి చేసిన మార్పులు చేర్పులు చాలా దురుద్దేశం తో కూడినవి.... జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డి కార్యకర్తలు, దోపిడీ మా జన్మ హక్కు గా భావించే అతని వర్గ దోపిడీదారులు ఈ చట్టాన్ని ఎలా దుర్వినియోగం చేస్తారో ఎవరో మీకు చెప్పక్కర్లేదు!

Having district judges in appellate will make the act moot. No title becomes absolute and every dispute is more or likely to end up in lower courts which will drag on for years. There is no bound time frame for dispute resolution in judiciary.
