Which is why a comprehensive land survey will be undertaken. If you were referring to assigned lands, they are barred from sale. It's not simply legal. However , Jagan government has brought a new ordinance facilitating sale of the assigned lands after 20 years of possession. That's a different story. If you're wilfully buying an assigned land then you're the one inviting the trouble. The torture part if you were to ask will actually go down as VRO, MROs will be out of scope for the act. The appellate officer is at least JC level. Titling officer cadre is not explicitly stated in the act, but I don't agree with ABN Kitta, TV5 Sambadu, and Boboru versions that any member (belonging to YCP) can be the land titling officer @psycopk. The guidelines on these are yet to come and and will certainly be a part of high court scrutiny now that the act is stayed on a by a divisional bench in high court.

Nuvvu ade rule paina undu kaka 😀 . Being a city boy you may avoid it but the villagers do not care about it. Most of these lands were given DKT already.. good example is the current case. It was given DKT during YSR period. he has the adangal and the patta on his father name.

Exactly what you said was absolutely correct

we have some lands like that and over the last ten years so many corrections made and allowed partly which means time to time allowance for registrations. Luckily we got registered to my family  and paid so much money.
