E thread title 2014-2019 gurinchi, so i'm expressing my opinion that vizag would have been a better option as capital rather than amaravathi. Most of the people support amaravathi because of proximity. in my opinion proximity is not major issue. When you have a city like vizag which has most of the infra needed for a capital it should have been the first  choice.

I'm also of the opinion that amaravathi should be the capital now because once government acknowledges one city as capital they cannot go back on their word
