They pay a yearly refresher of 500k for a staff level software engineer. Not many get same level of equity compared to the creamy (who bring revenue/drive growth), even though they work for same company. To give you an other example - A L4 at discord make around 200k in equity. Other tier 2 techs like Abode/Github pays more in equity for staff level programmers than Walmart. Actually Bentonville lo paying good Walmart gadu now. But house prices 500K avasarama ante not worth for sure ga. Vuntadhi okkate company you never know FT ayyina layoff avvavu ani. You can't predict tomorrow morning. Idhari Walmart lo working ante best place like if you like Village style slow pace culture ledhu ante bore 10ngi chasthav.
