Speculation anukovadam ledhu. Ippudu already 33K ki ready unnaru konadaniki. Last Dec time lo 37K nadichindhi (after change in TG Govt). If Jaffa wins, it will go down below the price I bought.

why is it not a speculation uncle...neku 33k unnaru ante vallu tarvata adi 40k avtadi ane kada kontaru...people are just assuming it will go to prior prices but the conditions are different here...now any investors 1st question will be how they can be sure shagan doesn't win next time and screw it up again

It is all about sentiments in short-term. I took the bold part into my consideration, you may see my previous comments. Jagan below 40 vasthe, I will keep them, otherwise I am planning to sell all of them. Okavela 60 or 70 seats vacchina, nenu konna prices kante at least 1K or 2K ekkuve untundhi market price, I time lo ammudham ane plan.

As a Hyderabadi, i can see future for Amaravathi if CBN puts all his efforts with prestige and in 15-20 yrs.

it will be very expensive to buy there…better have 1-2 acres just in case in Amaravathi.

that is what I am trying to say...how much ever analysis you do...you will never know who will win 100%...I am asking to inverse your story and think of what all options you have...you should have some kind of exit strategy
