fyi, most of trading platforms are now operating with zero trading fee. How do u think they make their living? By selling data of orders.

 

just do ur on research and dont follow anyone. U will either win money or gain experience but its totally on u. Mosapodalu undavu

Yeh i have mentioned about Motley fool and Zachs many times in the stocks thread. Looks like a lot of people are getting sucked into these whatsapp groups. Thread is to educate people to do their own research and buy. 

I did not know about trading platforms selling order data. Is it legal?

I had a similar experience where a friend joined one of these groups and got sucked into it. At first, it seemed like they were picking winners and making some quick cash, but that was just the bait.

They build your confidence by showing you a few wins, and once you’re in deep, they start pushing those "once-in-a-lifetime" opportunities. It's crazy how sophisticated they make it look, but once you’re in, it’s a trap. They even tried to get me to connect with their "Digital Assistant" for that next big trade, and that's when I knew it was shady.
