Yes, AP needs new city. Existing cities ni upgrade chesukune pani ayithe Hyd lanti cities lo traffic ibbandhulu undavu. With crubling infra and land issues, it is not easy to upgrade existing ones. Andhuke Hyd, Chennai lanti cities lo city outside expansion jarigindhi. Amaravathi being between two towns/cities is a good location.

I agree even CBN announced vizag to be developed as IT capital ...  ayinaa already infosys vachhindi kuda...

Better to try and fail than not trying... ala i will support CBN even though he failed(acc to me) in constructing ultra grand capital..  

Jagan clearly does not believe in development and he is mostly best suited as rural CM ... 

Andukee i wish we always have 2 CMS...  for urban side CBN is best no doubt and for rural side jagan technically did decent job with various flagship schemes and upgradations..

Basically its never ending deadlock... rural side matramee pattinchukuntee urban vallaki kopam and vice versa... and rendu balance cheyyadam given our mediocre budgets is not that easy ...

we have seen what happened to CBN in 2019 elections when he concentrated only on urban development...

Maybe Jagan might lose 2024 elections since he concentrated only on rural development..

So whats the solution ? 😄

Lol you must be living in a dream land ,first off building a city from scratch can only be built by ultra-rich countries like china or Saudi not a shithole poor corrupt country like india.dont give examples like Chandigarh because it is a compact city ,even smaller than vjy probably.

Secondly even assuming that we can somehow do it with full support from centre,there is literally nothing that other andhra people get in return for taking a huge debt on their heads.

For most of Andhra ,amaravathi is as distant as chennai ,hyderabad or bangalore ,the only way andhra people in other regions get benefitted is if their home city gets developed.

Amaravathi is a real-estate project to only benefit the realtors.a failed project before it has even started.
