Now, this is where I mixed up. Charge sheet was not filed in this case as the court didn't allow proceedings by staying it.

Then Jagan got two of judges interfering in Andhra governments action transferred, one of whom is Manavendranath Roy. He's is also supposedly beneficiary of land parcel. I don't have a link to post here as the information is not on public domain.

420 (cheating), 409 (criminal breach of trust), and 506 (criminal intimidation) plus under sections related to public servants disobeying the law, framing incorrect records, abetment, criminal conspiracy, and various acts pertaining to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfer) Act, and the Prevention of Corruption Act.

What do you mean by cases? You're just repeating what you're already saying. You can not go to supreme court right away. The charge sheet is in ACB court, Vijayawada.

First of all Charge sheet lo undeve press chesina charges. Second thing ,Charge sheet is not a public document. I can only share the info that CID shared in press interactions that media reports. I cannot give judgements. You cannot expedite the case for judgement. So wait till it comes. All is dependent on the public verdict on June 4.

How do you say it's dummy? Charge sheet file chethunnaru ante they have to hand over the evidence to the magistrate. Asalu judgement rakunda how are you even deciding? 

Nenu cheppina judges enti? NV Ramana and Manavendranath Roy aa? Judges don't prosecute themselves. Unfortunately, there is not much of recourse here due to collegium system. Implicating a judge is not a easy job. They don't rule against themselves.

Good that at least Jagan using Shah got Manavendranath Roy transferred. That's a big jalak for Babaoru. which is why he is quick to form an alliance. But I doubt that this alliance will last after June 4.
