Don't underestimate helmet.  Correct ISO standards tho unte, it saves you from head injury regardless. Also, collision impact is not just speed dependent. It's momentum dependent.  Porsche car is not very heavy  like a truck. So, may be there would have been chances for them to survive had they worn helmets.

I don’t think it’s so easy to fake our age esp when birth certificates and aadhar are solid proofs of age…When I saw the video, even I felt the same if that guys is really a minor or the case has been managed from then itself ?

I think the same way too. Start nunche anni compromises ayyaayi. Only thing here is he was caught at the site. Had that not been the case, some driver would have been brought to claim the responsibility. 17 1/2  years is very convenient. He looks like at 22 possibly even 24-25. Social media attention vachesariki koncham hadavidi. Malli 2-3 months taruvatha, evidences lepestharu. Laddu Ambani also did it, emi ayyindhi. Ee Agarwal ki Ambani range ledhu kabatti media lo vachindhi.

He he ...even with video prood, driver is arrested for driving. It is already done... 

No blood alcohol, no case. Police will say people brought him as suspect that's why they did blood test, but it is negative.  Driver already arrested and vedant friends also told police that Driver was driving the car. 
Video evidence is not applicable in the court - who shot it? how do you know if it not morphed? Assuming the person who shot the video in circulation is asked to come to court - will he come? 

Damage is done, this case is closed.
