His profile looks much better than a bulk of H1Bs, who use either fake experience or come through TCS/Infosys do MS programs in no name unis.

What's wrong in switching PostDocs or Jobs in few months? It shows he has skills and people are ready to employ him.

nope...it doesn't look better than H1b's to me...if it does to you, good for you....

Just because your profile looks better than mine, doesn't give you the right to generalize and criticize someone on the basis of region/linguistics...also H1b's consist of desis from both south and north, not just Telugus....

There's nothing wrong in switching jobs or post docs every month....you made the assumption that he has skills and hence getting multiple offers and hence switching regularly. Similarly, I made my assumption that it is actually the opposite and he lacks skills to compete and hence crying on Telugu people.

You are entitled to your opinions and I'm entitled to mine.

Ofcourse you're entitled to your opinions. I'm not here to change your opinion or to change mine like wise. That's an impasse. Wrt. his skills I didn't  assume anything, his profile speaks for it. You admitted that you assumed, so I don't contest it.

The Telugu speaking people from India constitute a bulk of H1B and consequently more number of telugus are at the epicentre of H1B  fraudulent practices, blatant violation of F1 restrictions. Disproportionate representation means more generalization as human mind recognizes patterns and it applies to pretty much anyone. Even USCIS does profiling.

Your moral or otherwise prescription of rights just don't hold, because that's not how law looks at it. Just as you're free to criticize, he's free to criticize whoever he likes.

US lo gujarathi, and punjabis mostly green card and Asylum frauds lo involve avtharu. Student and working populations in Canada and US are demographically different . US F1 and H1 crowds are dominated by Telugus. Gujarat vallu H1 gimmicks chestharu, consultancies naduputharu but proportionally less in # compared to Telugu vallu.

Where did I say Infosys or TCS are abusing H1Bs? Anecdotally speaking, circa 2011, my own friends told me US consultate ki lo friends  Masters ki interview ki vellinappudu visa approval ki min 80% lenidhe JNTU grads ki asal approve cheyyaledhu Ani cheppevaru. Only exception was if you have good GRE. That's the image of JNTU, Hyd. Vere universities ki Ala ledhu Malli first class vachina accepted. Ippudu asalu GRE, backlogs anni assam chesaruko adhi vere vishayam.

Vaadu ee uddesam tho chesina, cheppina dantlo vasthamu  aithe undhi kadha antunna anthe.

Profile speaks for itself ah?? idhem kondamangala logic bro??? Justin Trudeau gadu balance budgets itself annatlu undhi....no profile speaks jackshit for itself...people look at it and make their assessment.

You are saying Telugu speaking community constitute the bulk of H1B's. Do you have any numbers to support your statement? If not, you are merely speaking out of your ass.

You don't know anything about the law. The law doesn't do generalizations. It approaches each case on an individual basis and makes decisions..

Agree with your last statement though...he's free to criticize and I'm free to criticize and report his videos...you are free to make stupid arguments such as profiles speak for themselves, Law doesn't look at individual rights and treat you as groups etc etc...

Ofcourse you make assessments, and a profile on LinkedIn is pretty much a resume. In his case, it showcases his capability. It's still better than making an assumption. Wrt. numbers of Telugu population in United States Telugus have grown from 80k something in 2000s to 1 Million+ thus far, there is no way a substantial number can stay back without a work authorization. Which simply implies a bulk of them are either H1 or F1 (eventually in the process of getting an H1B). The same period saw reform of H1B policies in the US.  I can share more data, but I think there is no point as I don't even want to try to convince you. It's an impasse.

Wrt. your take on "rights" and "law", You don't seem to comprehend what's a"right" and how it's  defined. Instead you're looping in unrelated stuff that too out of context. A "right" is backed by law and you are allowed to exercise it under prescribed conditions. In the context of your earlier comment you said something along the lines of, he doesn't have a "right to generalize". There is no such "right" and you have no such authority to make prescriptions. It may be not acceptable to you but that's your perspective, that doesn't make it a "right" or define "his rights". As simple as that.  You may feel offended by his speech and are you're free to report it to the social media platform; their moderators will decide whether to retain his speech or to delete it or resort to any appropriate response as they see fit.

Rest of your yada yada is pretty meh.
