What worked for me was using aloe vera gel before bed and washing my face twice a day with a mild cleanser. I also started drinking more water and cut back on sugary stuff, which made a difference. If you haven’t tried tea tree oil, it’s awesome for spot treating pimples—just don’t overdo it because it can dry out your skin. Oh, and resist picking at them, it only makes things worse (learned that the hard way).
