its common and expected

If you lack information, you have to clearly call that out in that call, aa call anduke, neeku program/project manager or scrum manager unte it will become their responsibility to unblock any tasks

you also have to put effort, take initiative and learn from others who has that info, shy unte kastham

ikkada meetings late join aithe they feel you do not value their time, I have seen people get frustrated if others join late, the common sense is to inform through slack or teams if you are late even by 2 mins

for messages response, you have to set expectation, have your status like -  'working headsdown till .. slow responses etc', lot of folks do this and this lets others know that your responses will be slow

to be honest ivanni seem to be small problems, you have to learn to be in sync with team and not go against flow
