This movie released to very poor reception as it is a devotional movie. Everyone assumed it to be a flop with good music.

After 1 week it picked up like anything.

Nagarjuna didn't even shave for most of his role to keep it natural.. without external beard ..  remember seeing nag in a function , where he had lot of Grey hair by then itself. 1996 . In the same function I met rajendra prasad..he was completely bald.

The songs are totally different tunes (ragam , speed etc) than what traditional singers sing.. when people sing in the movie tune, traditional music teachers don’t like it..

Theater lo chudavalsina movie . I watched as a kid..got connected right away. Comedy of damalo dimelo is good
