Bonus is a scam. Epudu istam Anna bonus ichi saavari.

$150k is good in Minnesota for 9yr exp, but not excellent.

150K is super excellent for Minnesota…

Decent salary in this market. 200k bonus you get in cities where the cost of living and housing situation is worse..

Is this a better salary than what you make currently?

Is the city's cost of living similar to where you live? Easy decision to make ..

I am doing contracting now and getting same base and rest all like bonus, other offers are extras with FT

Are you sure 22% is the minimum bonus percentage or max ? There will be a slider kada ? Percentage will change based on performance…if 22 is minimum, close eyes and accept the offer

yeah minimum 22% they mentioned in offer.

lol yeah but I am use to it. living here since almost 3 years

Compensation is relative to the industry, tech and geographical locations. 200k somewhere may not go far as some other place. Since you are already living there, you know the cost of living etc. So an easy call for you.

Go for it. You can keep looking for opportunities for a better salary ..

Full time gives you an opportunity to settle down at a place and some stability ..
