Finally, the most awaited updates on the exit polls on Andhra Pradesh’s electoral verdict are here and the first major report on this front is from Peoples Pulse Survey. According to the findings of this survey agency, the Kutami is coming to power in Andhra Pradesh amidst a tight fight.

According to this survey, Kutami is winning 115-130 seats in the AP assembly elections while the ruling party YSR Congress is slipping to just 45-60 seats.

Of the projected 115-130 seats for Kutami, TDP alone is winning 95-110 seats while JanaSena which won a single seat in 2019 is projected to win 14-20 seats this time. The positive effect of the alliance is clearly showing in the steep rise of JSP. BJP, which didn’t even open the account in 2019 is projected to win 2-5 seats this time.

Vote share-wise, YSCP is slipping from the 49+% in 2019 to a gutting 44% this term. The anti-incumbency is overwhelming. Coming to the choice of CM, Chandrababu is leading with 40% approval while Jagan is narrowly behind with 38% while Pawan is packing 12% acceptance.

Coming to the MP seats, TDP is projected to win 13-15 seats while BJP and JSP are projected for 2-4 to 2 seats respectively. The strike rate of JSP is 100% in the MP election, according to this survey. YSR Congress is slipping from 22 seats in 2019 to a meager 3-4 in 2024.
