It's more about vote share. Jagan still has 40% vote share. The extra 10% that he got last time was transferred to Kootami this time.

It will be very tough time for Jagan as Baboru will be in retaliation mode this time. May be Jagan's bail gets cancelled and will be put in jail as well. It will only get more rough from there.
