With wealth distribution among all, and not concentrated with few people..

his schemes and policies were almost similar to Kerala model..

probably his core reddy votebank too doesn’t like such approach, and maybe deserted him.. that is very much expected, but I thought it will happen after couple of terms.. this is quick..

I’m really sorry to say this, but cops are doing damage to AP state with their gullible mindset..

the only wealth in kerala - is due to gulf migration and expatriates sending money back. kerala is the least industrialized state in the south. they were plagued by hartals or strikes . most educated keralites simply migrated for better oppurtunities. karnataka or better tamil nadu should be what AP needs to aspire to be. not kerala

As many people say, most of the Indians are by default under Stockholm syndrome.. they like to be discriminated, they enjoy it..

while the hdi is high it does not give the whole picture.

  • Kerela was a tough place for business as the unions there had a lot of power and created obstacles in continuing the work smoothly. So, it was industrially week.
  • In 80s, came a reform. Employment opportunities appeared in middle east. The investment in education and healthcare proved to be the best decision. People started migrating for jobs there.
  • The families that started getting money from outside, saved more and started investing in assets like land.

I don’t see anything wrong with any point you mentioned..

unions having control is good thing, atleast the working class have control and not treated like slaves ..

undi, and who are beneficiaries? did any poor guy benefited from it ?

can you imagine someone without political class support or connections, making any good out of such real estate ..

is it going to make more concentrated wealth or distributed wealth? you get the answer..

and Kerala & TN had similar GDP per capitas.. and remittances don’t really come under it .. so our understanding of Kerala economy is not right..

they still have same GDP like TN being industrially weak , and they are more happier than us .. so what are we missing
