Untadi but you are better off buying towards Vjw-gnt...Usually lands are expensive in Krishna Dist and Kankipadu side already high prices even beffore elections due to port activities

Right now everything became expensive overnight.. last year some one offered us 0.5 acres in Penumaka for 1.5 crores.. Today we reached out to the same party and now he is not willing to sell and after much requesting he is quoting 2.5 crores for 0.5 acres..
