Hyderabad lo West side thappa, all other side pedda bokka.

East side prices are 1/5th compared to Gachibowli, Madhapur, Kokapet

Amaravathi is the capital bro, there will be activity, investments, and development that is for sure.. Then land acquired. ikkatiki fight chesthunnaru. Vallabaneni vamsi & co lost huge lands in the gannaravaram airport expansion plan.

yeah you are right, that's why we are not buying. we had some ancestral lands and we bought some more lands between 2014 to 2019 mostly between 1 to 2 cr per acre..Most of the CRDA area now they are quoting 3 to 4 Cr per acre depending on the village. Undavelli penumaka aite 5+ cr. I don't think these are practical rates.. let's see..

CRDA lands anni mostly already clear documents unnave land pooling ki icharu and everything is in the CRDA registry now and is public information. it can't be tampered with that easily and people can't just occupy those lands or developed plots and create some fake documents.. Safety aite untundi, outside CRDA I can't tell.. Most of our lands are in teh CRDA..
