but  if you know the potential of the location...say if its in crda...per acreki 1250 sq yards vastadi...nuvvu per acre 3Crki adugutunav...ante neku 24K padtundi kada? are you aware of it or am i missing something

Penumaka lo 450 commercial and 1000 residential so total 1450. Let’s say sqyrd 20k aindi anukundam (just min price )then you will only get 2.9 cr. 40 k aite you will get 5.8 cr but akkada they are already quoting 5 cr per acre assuming that the prices will start from 40k per sqyrd for the developed plots which is the risk. They are saying 3 to 4 years lo plots ichaka 60 to 80k per sqyrd avutaayani but you never know.

say if you acquire it for 5Cr per acre...your parying an avg of 34.5k , market price commercial 50k veskunte (2.25 Cr) and residential 35k veskunte (5.5 Cr)...aa seller evado realitylo ledu...evado athramgadu konalsinde...hayiga national highway pakkana konukoavachu

Core amaravathilo alane cheptaru uncle...because that where even outsiders want to buy...you need to think out of the box and expand your search to other areas...KLU arealo ready to built around 30K layout plot vachestadi...that would be a better option

Yeah next week planning on visiting my grandparents in tadepalli and touring the areas. Vijayawada velli 5 years aindi, last went in 2019. How is Namburu for investment
