Ramojis family is abnormality. Just like Yesu Reddy family, they keep marrying within their family tree. 
 

Lot of genetical issues arise. Thats why Jagan has Natti and a fractured mind set. Mental Balayya  and Pappu Lokesh.

Feeble and crippled children will be born out of incest relations.

Yes, exactly. I hail from Vijayawada so have an idea how Kommas marry. They marry within  the families so the lands they hold will not be going away into others hands. Ramoji's wife is menatta kooturu.
