Why Ramoji son looks confused & nervous always?

Kiran cherukuri, doesn't look like or carry any aura of heir of Ramoji group. Looks confused & nervous always, like a little kid confused about something..

i didnt even see him actively receiving any guests or engaging with anyone in any conversatsions couple of days back during ramoji demise or earlier during thier children marriages.
