Yes, exactly. I hail from Vijayawada so have an idea how Kommas marry. They marry within  the families so the lands they hold will not be going away into others hands. Ramoji's wife is menatta kooturu.

Ramoji rao and Kiran both like to stay behind and run their business… We don’t see many photos of them anywhere, even in Eenadu we see them very very less.. 

Kiran has been running the newspaper and film city for decades already.. ramoji was 87 and it is highly unlikely that he was running the day to day operations of his empire..
