They presented the plan and sites they are offering for land investments in Florida, Texas, North Carolina and Georgia. 

Minimum investment $50k antunnaru.. within next couple of years lo investment double or triple avochu in estimates icharu

All the folks that I know invested got locked in. So far exit aina vaallu evvaru leru. 

None of the sellers did the work to improve the land in any way - like getting roads, permits, town water/sewer, rezoning for construction etc.

Waste bhaya, you get locked in, me and my friends are the victims for this type of fraud. Invested in Austin land project about 4 years ago, no improvement till now. invested close to 45k each. better invest where you have control on it.

Remember this.. the promoters take 15-20% of the total value as their fees… and take some shares too without spending a penny… they take their profits upfront and show their shares as their stake… all they are doing is gathering few people, buying a land with their money and doing paper work..

4 years ago is long time ba.. what is the current value and how will you cash it.
