how..? isnt based on population…? south states are decreasing in population numbers because of proper education and family planning…how south india get increased representation…?

how yaa..? do you know what is delimitation….? seats are getting increasing to around 700 to 800…(thats why new parliament built to accommodating 700+ capacity )…

but whats the population ratio..? where is the new population senses..?
